Each season our head-roaster will select one of our single-origin coffees to highlight, giving you an opportunity to try a range of coffee flavors and origins. Like produce, coffee has seasons in which the flavor is at its peak, and this subscription is designed to do exactly that.
Our roaster will carefully choose the featured coffee to showcase the best of the moment, which means over the course of a year subscribers will try 7-9 coffees.

THIS SEASON’S COFFEE:Â Marcelino de la Cruz
While tasting lots from Mexico to consider for this year, we were all blown away by this microlot grown by Marcelino on his small farm in Chiapas. Truth be told, we all thought the coffee was a natural process since its apricot and cranberry notes were so prevalent. But the fact it is a washed coffee also explains how clean and smooth the cup is. We’re very excited for you to try this one.
